EMAIL is fine for sending a message from one person to another, but it is of little use for sharing infomation with your neighbors that may be of help in the future. However, there is a great facility on the WECA website that supports group conversations and archives them. It's called the WECA Community Forum and is like a local newspaper where you can read about the activities of other residents, share your own experiences, or ask community members for advice.
For example: suppose you hired a contractor who did an exceptional job for you. It would be a useful service to other members if you recorded your experience in case they need the same service sometime in the future.
To access the Forum, you need to log on to the WECA website https://www.woodsedgecondominiumassociation.com and click on Community Forum. If you need a password, click the Register link at the top of the page. Robbie, the web administrator, will then approve your registration.
You can read any of the posts you see there, or, when the amount of information in the forum builds up, you can search for information by keyword. To comment on an existing topic, read the topic and click on Comment. Or start a new topic - click on Create a New Topic. To delete a topic you created, view it and click Delete My Topic. It's like Email that you can unsend.
